edelweiss extract

Plant extract (aka Swiss alpine flower or leontopodium alpinum) whose constituents are capable of providing antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefit for skin as well as inhibition of enzymes in skin that break down its support structure.

Active ingredients: bisabolane, sitosterol, tannin, chlorogenic acid, apigenin-7-glucoside, luteolin, luteolin-4-glucoside.
Very high radical scavenging activity of antioxidant products of 286 (= Radical Protection Factor, RPF). Antioxidant activity twice as much as vitamin C.
