Pretty much the same active ingredients, though the dupe looks like it's better for your skin, especially if your skin is sensitive or acne-prone (as always, YMMV). The DDF toner contains alcohol as the second ingredient as well as menthol, which is irritating to most people.
The dupe is not much cheaper.
